Royal Mail 48hr Tracked Services (3-5 working days) - £3.50 - Free with orders over £35.00
Royal Mail 24hr Tracked & Signed Services (2 - 5 working days) - £4.50 - Free with orders over £100.00
Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day - £9.75 - Orders placed before 10am
Please Note: Next day does not include Saturday & Sunday
Orders placed after 3pm friday, may not be sent until Monday

DELIVERY
All orders are sent with tracking.
You will receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched with a tracking number.
Please note that all deliveries are made via third parties and are subject to their terms & conditions.
RETURNS
After an order has been dispatched you have 14 days to return the goods once you have received them.
Goods must be unopened & unused with seals intact. If an item is used/opened we are unable to accept a return, due to the nature of them deteriorating rapidly

Do not return the items before receiving a returns number.
You will receive your refund within 7 days, of receiving your order or cancellation.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
