Brewing method

To prepare a cup of aromatic hemp tea, follow the instructions below:

1️⃣ Serving – 1 teaspoon (approx. 1.5 g) of dried herb per cup (200-250 ml) of water.
2️⃣ Water temperature – 85-90°C.
3️⃣ Brewing time – 5-8 minutes, depending on preferred flavor intensity.
4️⃣ Optional – You can add honey or lemon to enhance the flavor.
